I absolutely adored this movie. It doesn't quite reach the level of Paddington 2, but that's a high bar. It's still really good. I did miss Sally Hawkins though. But the film is just pure wholesome goodness and charm. It's funny and sweet. It even made me a bit emotional. Also, this movie reminds me of how much I love Olivia Coleman. She's great here. Honestly, for me, this is in contention to be top tier trilogy. There really aren't many trilogies better than this. I was worried without Paul King, that quality would go down. And while it isn't quite as good as his films it's not far off. 9.5/10
