The film focuses on what it means to truly love someone "in sickness and in health." In the story, talented pianist Canan embarks on a passionate affair with Bekir, a mysterious agent, after saving his life. However, Bekir suddenly disappears. When he returns years later, he finds Canan married someone else. This encounter rekindles a love that had been interrupted years before.
