In an afterlife where souls have one week to decide where to spend eternity, Joan is faced with the impossible choice between the man she spent her life with and her first love, who died young and has waited decades for her to arrive.
I'm not much of a romantic comedy person, but I really liked this. The concept is very interesting, even if it's certainly not in any way what I hope the afterlife is like. But it was very clever in it's approach. Everyone was great in this. I particularly loved Da'Vine Joy Randolph. She was very funny and stole basically every scene she was in. But Elizabeth Olsen was fantastic as well, as were Miles Teller and Callum Turner. The story really explores really well the difference between the love fantasy and the love based in reality. Really enjoyed this one. 9/10
