Tomoko Shinozuka (篠塚 智子, Shinozuka Tomoko) is a Japanese screenwriter from Bunkyo, Tokyo. She graduated from the Faculty of Human Studies at Japan Women's University and studied screenwriting at the Film School of Tokyo. In 2013, she made her screenwriting debut with the TV anime Fantasista Doll. Since then, she has been involved in anime and games in a variety of genres.
